So here's Rika in her witch and as well as her madness form. I'm thinking her witch theme is a raven. When in madness, her personality completely changes and her destructive nature as a witch appears. She relies on her witch abilities. Her abilities are regeneration(not like Kim's though, it's more on wounds), and shadow manipulation. She laughs weirdly at times like these.
